✔ 50-minute sessions once a week for 12 weeks.Â
✔ Unlimited voice and text support in between sessions.

6-Month Coaching Journey
✔ 50-minute sessions once a week for 24 weeks.
✔ Flexibility to use the 24 sessions in whatever rhythm you need.
✔  We can meet two or three times a week for the first weeks to help get you to a better place as soon as possible,
and move on to once a week with the remainder of the 24 sessions.

Whether you have just had your third C-section or your first vaginal delivery, I will develop a customized pelvic floor and abdominal recovery program to help you feel whole again. In my 15 years of hands-on practice, I have come across almost every postpartum musculoskeletal issue out there and have developed numerous protocols for helping moms feel whole again.

Starting with tummy time and moving on to rolling, crawling and walking, learn the latest research backed tools for cultivating your infants physical and motor development for strength and health.

Sometimes also as parents we sense something is off, part of coaching with me is that we dive into those questions and help to assess support your child might need. I also teach you how to advocate for your child, yourself and your family to get the care and attention you need.Â
