The Investment

Investing in your well-being and motherhood journey is invaluable. Based on your needs, I offer 3-9 month coaching packages starting at $1200 per month. But it's more than just a monetary investment – it's an investment in yourself, your baby, and your future as a confident and empowered mother. 

This is a reimbursable expense for HSA or an employer funded health reimbursement account.

 

3-Month Coaching Journey

✔ 50-minute sessions once a week for 12 weeks. 

✔ Unlimited voice and text support in between sessions.

 

6-Month Coaching Journey

✔ 50-minute sessions once a week for 24 weeks.

✔ Flexibility to use the 24 sessions in whatever rhythm you need.

✔  We can meet two or three times a week for the first weeks to help get you to a better place as soon as possible,

and move on to once a week with the remainder of the 24 sessions.

✔ This can also be started prior to the end of pregnancy to get a jump start on your birth recovery! 

 

9-Month Coaching Journey

✔ 50-minute sessions once a week for 36 weeks, with additional flexibility described in the 6 month coaching program.

✔ This is geared for women who want to start PRIOR to baby arriving. There is no better time to prepare for the best possible postpartum experience than while pregnant.
